Cor muito aberta, ruby, nariz intenso fresco, notas de fruto vermelho amargo, romã notas de grafite. Ataque tenso muito fino, elegante muita profundidade e tensão. Um tinto que mostra que o Alentejo pode ser outra coisa. Um tinto com boa acidez bom peixes gordos complexo e carnes de tacho.

Chão dos Eremitas Tinta Carvalha is a red wine from the Alentejo region of great elegance, fine structure and open aromatic bouquet. It exudes aromas of wild red fruits, with a predominance of aromas of raspberries, blackberries and blackcurrants, together with mineral notes, balsamic nuances and vigorous and very balanced acidity.
